Overview

The intersection of brand and community.

As Samsung transitions from a tech brand to a lifestyle brand, its digital presence needs to reflect this change as well. At R/GA, we explored ways to transform Samsung.com into a connected and personalized space where members can learn and discover together.

Due to an NDA, I can't show my process in full, but I would be happy to share my experiences more in person (I will say it was Post-its and white boards galore).
